What is included in the monthly cost of a serviced office suite?
Your monthly figure covers the suite itself, business rates, utilities, cleaning of the shared areas, and use of the meeting room and kitchen. We do not add a service charge on top, and there is no separate bill for heating or electricity.
How much notice do you need to arrange a viewing?
A day or two is usually enough. Tell us which days suit you and we will confirm a time that works, including early mornings or later in the afternoon if that fits around your current commitments.
Can we view a suite before we commit to a lease?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Come and see the suite, the shared areas and the parking, ask anything you like, and take the details away to think over. There is no pressure to decide on the day.
What is the shortest term you offer on a suite?
We work with flexible terms and can discuss shorter arrangements as well as longer ones. Tell us your timescale in the enquiry form and we will set out what is available for that period.
Is parking available for tenants and visitors?
There is parking on site, with spaces for tenants and room for visitors to pull in when they come to see you. If you have a larger team, mention how many spaces you might need and we will check what we can do.
What happens after we send an enquiry through this page?
